Exercise Overview

This functional communications exercise is designed for Southeast Tennessee Healthcare Coalition hospitals, EMS agencies, healthcare organizations, emergency management agencies, coalition partners, public health agencies, and auxiliary communicators.

Participants will communicate with the Regional Medical Coordinating Center (RMCC) using Winlink, voice radio, and standard Internet email while demonstrating proper healthcare communications procedures using Incident Command System (ICS) and Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) documentation.
